The beautiful finca is situated in the scenic valley of Pollensa and enjoys ultimate tranquility and privacy with stunning mountain views.

The main house and other small outbuildings are located on a spacious plot of around 53,600 m². The impressive house is surrounded by partly covered terraces leading to the beautiful pool area.

The separate dining room, large country kitchen with separate laundry room and a reading room are also on this level. Bright stone facades and picturesque alleys complement the charming village. Especially the Calvario, hosting 365 steps to a view which will surely take your breath away. The Golf course, just a 5 minute drive away, is set on a hill overlooking the Bay of Pollensa and the Golf House is frequented even by non golfers for its dining terrace with spectacular views. If you prefer quiet and secluded living, look no further than the noble residential area of La Font, which is located just a few minutes from Pollensa.
