About the property

This traditional, rustic finca in mallorquin style is located just outside of Puerto de Pollensa.

The beautiful beaches can be reached in only 5 minutes and the cities of Pollensa and Alcudia are about 10 minutes away. Due to its location in a dead end street the property offers an incomparable privacy and tranquility.

The living space is spread over two floors. The ground floor consists of three double bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, a large living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with pantry, a guest toilet, a laundry area and a garage.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and access to a private terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the garden and pool, and another double bedroom. Features include central heating with radiators and air conditioning in all rooms. The garden consists of Mediterranean style plants and lawns surrounding the 60 sqm pool.

The house is located just a few minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa with its international marina and beach promenade.
The perfect place for all sailors and, water sports enthusiasts and families, as the beach with its shallow waters is in the immediate vicinity. The beach promenade has been recently remodeled and now offers plenty of space for visitors who want to enjoy a relaxing beach walk during the day or during the evening hours in the sunset. Puerto de Pollenca also offers an extensive range of exquisite restaurants and trendy cafés.
