Thanks to its elevated position, this attractive country house enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside as far as the bay of Pollensa. The fantastic view can be enjoyed especially from the pool and the terraces.

The spacious property has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, located in the main house and separate guest accommodation. The main house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, the kitchen, a utility room and two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. From the ground floor you have direct access to the large, covered terrace. On the second floor there is another living area and a terrace, which guarantees a dream view and invites you to enjoy with friends the warm summer nights with a barbecue and to let the soul in peace. On the second floor there are also four further bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are integrated into this bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen as an independent studio in the house.

Different paths lead from the main house through the idyllic gardens and the beautiful pool area to the double garage. Part of this has been converted into another guest studio. The entire property has central heating, independent power supply and own water supply.

Alcudia and Puerto Alcudia together offer everything that Mallorca lovers want; a long sandy beach (the longest on the island) reminicent of the Caribbean thanks to its fine white sand, the crystal-clear waters and the palm trees. The setting is just perfect for barefoot long walks or just relaxing in the shade.

The recently refurbished Alcudia Port is within walking distance of the beach and offers a wide range of fantastic restaurants, cafes and entertainment options. Only a few minutes' drive away is one of the best golf courses in Europe; the golf course at Alcanada, built and still owned by the world renowned Porsche family. The course boasts a beautiful view of the Bay of Alcudia, the long stretch of beach and the Alcanada lighthouse.

A traditional image of the north is Alcudia old town, a short drive from the harbor. The landmark of this beautiful old town is the wall, which protected the inhabitants of the village from invaders in earlier times. Today, it invites visitors to admire the old structure and enjoy the old town from above. The beautiful stone facades and picturesque pedestrian zones, which invite you to stroll endlessly, complete the picture of the old town. Alcudia and its port are well connected thanks to the direct accessibility of the motorway from the airport in the south of the island.
